Gillespie: Health Care Stakes - Dems Could Lose House
ABC News -- Former RNC Chairman and Bush Advisor Ed Gillespie told me on 'This Week' that the stakes for passing health care reform couldnt be higher for House Democrats and it could cost them the majority. Gillespie said, I know that they were willing to sacrifice 20 conservative Democrats or moderate Democrats to get this done. I think they risk losing the house if they try to pass this bill and they jam it through the way its written." The Reverend Al Sharpton said he's concerned, but at the end of the day, Americans will say the Government's role is to protect us and, "the rhetoric of protect us against government hasn't worked." - George Stephanopoulos
